Have Chubby’s famous jerk chicken at your leisure. Brined for 24-48 hours, then marinated with our housemade jerk marinade and jerk spice blend.
Bake at 380°F for 40 minutes, covered with aluminum foil. Remove the aluminum foil and cook for another 15 minutes. Cook until internal temperature of 165°F, or until the juices run clear and there is no visible pink. Brush with our Chubby’s Jerk Marinade before serving to add another layer of flavour!
Chef’s Note: Using a convection oven at-home may reduce cooking time.
